Held-out check

Runs Shoebox's classifier and a plain keyword matcher over heldout.csv, 186 transactions I wrote and labelled myself, in the style of real bank exports, with the answer in a fourth column. They were written after the hint phrases, and the thresholds were not changed after seeing these results.
